The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? ROM Recovery for iPAQ 3650

i'd like to ask some flashing experts some questions.

I've had 3650 with PPC2k2 v2.07 ROM and I've tried to flash 2.14 on it. This flashing went OK through USB and when done (after 100% progress bar) the iPaq restarted and COMPAQ boot screen with versions number appeared for a while. After this only white blank screen is on LCD.

I entered into Parrot Remote USB Update mode and I renamed NK_Mag21403WWE.nbf to nk.nb0. I run host11.exe and image started to flash. When 98% the connection was lost and no boot. Now I can't see COMPAQ boot screen. Anyway I keep going back to parrot mode.  Any other way to reflash the ROM to this device?
