Treo 700w active synch issues

I am trying to setup active synch with exchange server on my Verizon 700w phone.  I have setup the server name, my username and password and the domain and it keeps asking me for domain\usersname password.   I have entered the password numerous times and checked save password and it just keeps asking me. I verified that the password is correct my logging into the exchange server via the web and it worked properly.  Start Free Trial
