We have a client using a Black Berry bold and the desktop redirector software. For some reason the blackberry will not open attachments. I have download the latest updates and reinstalled docs to go. I can see the attachment file name but it will not open (any type of attachment .pdf .jpg .doc etc)
I have tried to do some research on this without a yes or no answer or where Im going wrong. Though I did read somewhere that it is not possible to open attachments with the new Bold using desktop redirector.
Any help on this would be great.
