Excel 2003 not allowing double sided copies, but Word is.

We have a user using XP and Excel 2003. She is trying to double side print an excel document to a Sharp  AR-M700n. She is not able to, it prints out another sheet with the information on it. We have successfully used the same copier and printed out from Word 2003 this way. We have replaced drivers, and used our own pc's to try but no change. Can anyone help?Start Free Trial
