Remove domain control from a laptop

Asked by rustyhinge in Desktop Anti-Virus, Symbian Handheld Operating System

Someone has asked me to reset the administrator password on a vista ultimate laptop. However the machine is part of a domain and the local administrator account is disabled. Is there anyway of removing domain control of the laptop so that it can be used as a standalone machine with full control of it.
