The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Samsung SGH-i600 firmware/os updates

I just received a Samsung SGH-i600 smart phone with Windows Mobile 6. I am starting to regret choosing this as it seems a tad unstable. Can anyone help regarding firmware updates to help resolve this problem?
What I am happy with is its synching fine with SBS2003.
Also there is word that there will be a free update to WM6 available, anyone know anything about this?
