Helpdesk Software
Does anybody know of a decent helpdesk system to use? I have found a few but wanted to see if there's something else out there. I performed a few search's on Google, but I'm still not convinced.

Remember to try out Jitbit https://www.jitbit.com/helpdesk/ My company have used it for 3 years now and been very happy with it.
The only two things we miss is Twitter integration and a (kinda) weak asset-management module (but it does the job).
