what is it, and how do I take it out.. just slide?

I was told there are two memory slots and I tried to get deeper inside my box.. I unscrewed all screws
to speak of, took out screws underneath rubber things and stickers and the DVD burner and the HD,
then I found three holes with this "k" designation, one of them with "lock" symbol:

finally, there is a thin plasticy covering over something. I poked at it a little with my industrial
tweezers, and my computer still works.. wondering what that is.

to plan for RAM increase.

and am thinking that is a motherboard? or is it memory? is the one RAM he was talking about
the motherboard and the other a memory spot? I haven't tried pulling that junk out to see if

the thing it plugs into say the same model stuff as the bottom.. so that's
part of the frame. I know, however that the guy said there are two RAM spots..
My thinking now is that one RAM spot might be part of the motherboard, which
I know exists because when I bought the computer it was about picking the
components.. the M6800N was the main part, but there was a motherboard part
too.

I translated it. THere is no direct instructions on that website that are exceedingly useful to me.
THe site that is absolutely specific to my model shows a picture of an already dismantled M6800N
but does not explain how to get there, and another site shows a diffrerent model.. well.. I have seen
a site that talks about the keyboard being lifted, but I do not think it has the exact same "k hole" mechanism
as my computer maybe I spaced something but what I need is the specific instructions on how to
operate the "k holes" to get my keyboard to pry up..

umm..to tell the truth.. I have a faint idea on how it make work, but I have not tried doing it as of yet.
it is not a super priority for me at this juncture to accomplish this task. I have more pressing questions,
but if somebody finds something absolutely specific to the M6800N model about opening the
keyboard and reaching the motherboard and/or CPU with the "k holes" that would be worth some
points when I get around to achieving my goal for this question.
