LG LS50 laptop - How to remove DVD

My DVD died in my LG-LS50 laptop
I have bought a new DVD and want to install the new one but I can't seem to get the old one out.
As far as I was aware, should just remove one retaining screw then slide the cartridge out, same as the hardrive replacement, yes?

Anyway I cant seem to budge this dvd drive, worried I might break it.
Please advise how...
