Reinstall OEM Windows on laptop without CD?

I need to reinstall Windows on my laptop, its a VAIO that didn't come with any CD at all, no OS, no drivers, nothing, how can i reinstall the OS back brand new? I guess there should be some hidden read-only partition that stores the OS sources.
