Lose 2nd Monitor when profile loads

Hi All!

I have a client that uses a laptop (HP Compaq 6910p) via a docking station - connected to a 2nd monitor. When they dock the laptop and power it on, the additonal monitor comes on, and sits with a normal 'blue' screen while the laptop screen sits on the C-A-D screen.

When the client logs in, and their roaming profile loads, the additional monitor switches off. You have to bring the monitor back by pressing the FN + F4 key. Is there a way to stop it dropping the connection?

This is the only client who I know has this problem - I use exactly the same setup, and don't have the issue.

Any thoughts?
