I have downloaded and installed all but the Intel AMT Driver. When i tried to install it, it gave me an error that said I did not have the proper system resources to install it.
This is the software I could not install:
Local Manageability Service and Serial Over LAN (Intel AMT 4.0) driver for Windows Vista, XP
humm proper system resources lol..... that's intresting.... have you tried this download ?

so if it's the stock laptop then the drivers that were wrote for the laptop say insuffencient system requirements.........the only thing I can think of is an updated driver...or an older one
newer http://www.opendrivers.com
short of that... install the intel PCI to PCMCIA bridge driver and disable it. that will stop the annoying popups.... apparently this isn't an isolated case..
