TRANSFERING FILES FROM ANOTEBOOK TO A DESK TOP.

1. I have
(a) P4/WIN-PRO Desktop.
(b) P4/WINPRO Notebook.
2. I want to transfer files between the two without any complex networking.
3. Several years ago I used to do it on my older systems ( DOS & WIN 3.2 )thru the serial ports using LAPLINK. But now LAPLINK is something different.
4. Any way to do it thru the serial ports?
