Laptop Motherboard?

How would I find out what motherboard I have in my laptop?

Open the case and check any printed marks on the board or check the homepage of the manufacturer, they might say something about it. Or, if you have windows installed and the manufacturer's drivers installed, run everest and it should give you some good guess.

Rindi, I bought it from Tiny who have since gone out of business to my knowledge and i don't think i can trust myself opening it up. I tried 1st looking for the drivers but all i found were the microsoft ones.

Nobus, When i go to motherboard, i just get a message saying To be filled by O.E.M
You can try everest still, although without drivers it probably will be difficult for that or any other software to be able to exactly tell you what is inside.
then they did not provide info on your mobo.
you can try these, maybe they give more info :  http://www.majorgeeks.com/download181.html

or :    http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=1385

you can find a free Everest here :   http://www.majorgeeks.com/downloads9.html
Everest and AIDA32 report my motherboard as: 63-0100-000001-00101111-1111040SIS661FX$1ABQJ000_BIOS DATE: 11/11/04 10:33:34 VER 08.00.10

And belive it or not, Everest and AIDA32 are mainly the same. They have mainly all of the same selections and are repoting everything exactly the same as each other, but AIDA32 does have some things that are not in Everest, maybe because its free? But they do use the exact same icons for everything... but anyway, enough blabing, I still do not know what mhy motherboard is? I supose the only way to find out is to open it up :s Oh and Belarc Advisor 7.0t reported it as "To be filled by O.E.M."
if it boots, note the line on the bottom of the screen, it helps in identifying the mobo, and post it here.
it looks like :

<date>i810-w8273hf-6a69kcv-001
Everest is the successor of AIDA. So it'll look similar. The home edition of everest doesn't show as much as it's full version, of which you can download a time restricted trial.

Laptops usually have custom made motherboards which can't easily be purchased normally, so knowing what motherboard is inside often doesn't help much. You could google for the number everest output above to get further info.
Nobus, it boots way to quickly to read anything! Which part of the booting process should it be in?

Rindi, you learn something new everyday! I already tried googling it to no luck :(
What brand is the laptop itself? Are there any part numbers on the case? What is the reason you need the motherboard model?
>>  Nobus, it boots way to quickly to read anything  <<   tap the PAUSE key during boot, this stops the booting process
