Asked by bryan_wood in General Laptop
I have a HP DV9628NR that I installed Windows 7 Premium on (loosing the Vista) Clean install, and I have one driver issue: under device manager it says:
Unknown Devices, on ACPI bus.
I have searched the HP sight, and come away with nothing. I know on Lenovo's, we have to install the TurboDis PWR MGR in order for it to go away.
I have tried un-install thinking I would get a found new hardware window, but no such luck, it just pops right back into the ?unknown device category.
Thanks for your help
