Convert PC audio file into cd player audio file

Hi, I'm going to afford a CD-RW drive and I want to know if it is possible to convert a PC audio file like .wav or .mp3 into the regular cd player audio file. All this cause I want to download .mp3 files from the internet and record them in a CD and then listen to them in my radio cd player.
Is this possible???
