Thanks "jlauster" for your effort so far. From the link you mentioned and another link I discovered I now know a lot more about this mysterious board then before. From a collegue of mine I heard that a PCI video card automatically prevails above an onboard video. His tip was to remove both video cards in the Windows device manager and then reboot. Possibly Windows only finds the PCI card; but I still have to check this.

It doesn't show jumpers for disabling the onboard video, but I will keep looking.
