Hi,
Sounds like the monotor may be failing.
If you have another monitor to try this would troubleshoot the issue. If now problems with the test monitor than its
a hardware issue. They tend to get worse with time. Repair
is an option but it is becoming less feasable as labour and
parts go up as the cost of New Monitors come down.
Try dropping the refresh rate down on the card.
This may temporarily stay of the inevitable failure.
Start shopping for a new monitor. Think of it as a forced upgrade :>
