Problem with Maxtor ATA133 Drive

1) After installing my ATA-133 Maxtor HD on my new motherboard, GIGABYTE FA-7VAXP (uses VIA KT400), my CDROM drive cannot autoboot my Win2000 installers (borrowed a few other CDs and same problem) which work on other PC. However it can autoboot a old Win98 installer. And now my floppy drive is dead.

2) After installing another new but same model of Maxtor ATA-133 drive on my Pentium III system which supports only up to ATA-66 drive, my CDROM also cannot autoboot my Win2000 installer.
