White screen when turning my pc on.

When turning on my computer the only thing that comes out is a white screen in my monitor. I was having a problem with my floppy, everytime I started my computer It always ask me to press f1 to resume to continue. A week ago I started my pc and it look it was going ok but then some white lines started to appear until they cover all the screen and that's the way it's now. I cant get access to nothing because it seems the computer its not running.
