Overclocking My computer

Well I'm thinking of over clocking my cpu.
The specs are
P3 550 100 MHZ BUS
PCCCHIPS M741LMRT MOTHERBOARD
256 MB SDRAM
ANYTHIN ELSE YOU NEED TO KNOW JUST ASK

Anyways I want to overclock it and yes I am aware of all the risks. Besdies its a P3 550. Anyways I was wondering if I can even overclock at all. Please any help would be appreciated. Also I have read on a lot of material and I'm guessing my motherboard ain't capable of this. Maybe I need to update my Bios or something. Anyone who can shed some light on this I will be grateful. Also if I can how abouts do I do this. I know the story about using Bios and overclocking bus in 1 mhz increments but I'm not sure
