You will have to reset the configuration data via a jumper on the motherboard. Either locate the manual, which may show the jumper or look at the motherboard and locate the jumper, it may be marked (maybe something like CMOS reset or ESCD reset).
If you post the motherboard model number and brand maybe we can help identify the right jumper. If you can see the memory test and/or the BIOS ID then hit del or the appropiate key or combination of keys to enter setup and you may be able to reset the ESCD or configuration data from there.
If you can't see anything then you will need to locate the jumper on the motherboard or maybe remove the battery as a last resort for 10 to 30 minutes to clear the CMOS.
