Slow Dell Optiplex GX240

One of my dell workstations is have some problems. It is a Dell Optiplex GX240 with 20 gig hd (about 50% full) 512 pc133 ram running 2K pro SP3. It is running very slow. An example of this is when a user opens Internet Explorer and clicks on the drop down for previous viewed sites it will take at least 30 sec. to bring down. The users also state that outlook, excel and printing jobs are slow.
Here are some things that I have tried with no success:

Defrag
Replaced RAM
Download Microsoft Updates (IE, Office, Pro)
Checked Task Manager, memery use OK

What else can I try?
