Asus P4SDX, PIV 3.06 GHZ process, 1.2 GB DDR Memory (2 512 MB chips), 120 GB Western Digital H/D, ATI 9700 Radon, Windows XP.
Early on I'd get BSOD, with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR EQUAL STOP:0x0000000A Messages while installing AGP card.
Then I think I got: STOP :0x0000008E error messages while installing DirectX 9 (during reboot after install or during boot after install).
So I ran memt86, over night, and got 8 error messages. So then I took out memory chip B, ran memt86 on chip A for .5 hour, no error message. Took chip A out, put chip B in. Ran memt86 for .5 hours, no error message. Put chip A back in, ran memt86 for over 1 hour, and no error messge.
Turned PC on. Uninstalled AGP drivers. Started to reboot, but got BSOD: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_ARE
ANY ideas?? I'm downloading Jaton's drivers to see what happens then. I'm very frustrated, and I don't know what to do. Any help is VERY much appreaciated!!
