Speed up my computer?

Microsoft Windows Me
eMachines
eTower 633irx
GenuineIntel Intel Celeron processor
63MB Ram (don't know what type)
20GB Hard Drive (10GB used)


Anyone have some suggestions on how I can speed up my computer?

PS Please spare me the "buy a new computer!" I know eMachines are junk, but sometimes it pays to buy junk. I paid $300 for a single cdrom with 5Mb hard drive and because I had to return it so many times (they didn't tell me it was a rebuilt, is there any worse computer than a rebuilt eMachines?), I ended up with 2 cdroms (one cd/rw) and a 20GB hard drive. Not bad for $300.
Emachines can use the latter as testimony on their website.
