Desktop to Laptop PCI Card Question

I just bought a nice ATI PCI All in one TV Tuner card for my desktop computer. But then that computer crashed and now I have a perfectly good desktop PCI card and a laptop computer. Is there any way that an adapter or something can be bought to use desktop PCI cards in or on a laptop? I hate to see such a perfectly good card go to waste. Right now I don't need something transportable, it could be "mickey moused" or anything.

Please help!
