80 CONDUCTOR PROBLEM, USB PLUG AND PLAY PROBLEM & CPU UNCLOCKED PROBLEM ? ? ?

Right where to start?

I just had a new mother board and case on my computer. The new mother board is an ECS K7S6A. I've put it all together and had it running, When loading up i get an error message saying 'Primary IDE channel no 80 conductor cable installed' Can someone tell me what it is and how to correct this.

Another problem is the CPU, I have an AMD Athlon XP1900+ when the system is loading it up it only shows as 1200MHz when it should be 1600MHz! can someone tell me how to correct this?

My system still loads and windows starts no problem. I when to install my USB ADSL modem to find out that the USB ports are not working! When the computer first starts up the USB ports r working as the Modem lights up but asoon as windows loads i get nothing so i cant install my modem and cant use my computer! Can someone give me an idea to whats wrong and how to fix these problems?

I need my system running again asoon as possible here are the specs of the system incase they are of any help

AMD Athlon XP 1900+
ECS K7S6A mother board
CD-RW
DVD
512Mb PC2700 DDR Ram
Geforce 4 MX420 64Mb
80Gig 7200rpm HDD
