Sounds like a broken LCD screen. 1024x768 is a standard resolution that should be displayable on any recent LCD.

when i execute my program on PC with VGA card 1024*728 it shows full output
if the same is executed on NEC LCD i am getting half of the screen.
what may be the problem?
did i missed any setting is hardware VGA Voodoo card....

If the NEC LCD is 20" (2010) then you need to set your resolution to 12x10. If it's an 18" or 15" that resolution *should* work. By "half the screen" I'm assuming your seeing black bars across the top and bottom of the screen.
