I am looking for a source to buy palmtop computers (Palm based and Pocket PC based) at a decent price. It doesn't matter if they are refurbed or even if they are working (if the price is right). All of the search engine queries that I have done have produced little about buying in volumes of 25 or so. Any suggestions?

Most websites are aiming at the mass market. e.g. one of purchases.
Best to find out who sells at the lowest price for one and assume they have the lowest overheads. Then you will need to contact them directly and get special bulk pricing.
Getting quotes from more than one supplier will help.
If you qty is big enough you may be able to deal with manufacturer direct. (or that may be only choice in case of Dell)
If you are interested in 2nd hand then look at bulk lots section in sites like Ebay
What palms are you looking for?
Palms cheapest is the Zire ~ less than $100 and does your basic needs. I have one and am quite happy b/c i don't need all the fancy stuff
then there is the Zire 71 (i think)

I am sure if you were to call dell they would tell you the prices on the handhelds.
If you check out www.pcconnection.com or www.cdwg.com you should find some info on multiple pocket pc's. Both these companies cater towards businesses and have good prices. The prices on there sites are usually higher then what you'll be able to get them for if you talk to a sales rep. I use both these companies often for mass purchasing and they have worked out well. I have recieved better pricing from CDWG though.
If you talk a rep though you should be able to get some. They post single purchase prices but can quote you better prices. Anyways I have a friend who buys bulk for redistibution too and he uses the following companies. You would have to talk to them about how they package things, but Im sure you could get a decent deal working. These would probably be your best bet
