Needing Direct Download Link for Lexmark X85 Printer/Scanner Drivers

Hi Everyone:

      I am needing a direct download link for drivers belonging to Lexmark X85 printer/scanner.  The OS on my friend's pc is Windows XP Home.

Not sure why there is no XP drivers here

May be it is not compatible or try connecting the printer and check in xp if XP would recognise cos XP operating system comes with inbuilt around 14000 drivers for different hardwares and it might be able to recognise lexmark

in the link that i had given in my first suggestion ,
under "Filter Your Results By"
select windows xp for OS and click on update and you should get it

Hi There:

      Thanks so much for the quick replies.  By the way, can I possibly download the driver file onto my own pc without having to run the update software?  My goal is basically to download the drivers to my own pc, burn it to cd-r, and then carry it over to my friend's house.

When i said "click on update ", I meant in that search box after choosing windows xp ( as operating system)
You should get directly get that exe file which when you click should be able to download to your PC
then you can write to a CD and then give it to your friend..

Sorry for the confusion
