Looking for a wireless outdoor Thermometer....

I am trying to find a wireless outdoor thermometer that can be connected to my pc (via usb or serial I guess) that I can then read the outside temps via a js or vbs script and process it as I want. Does anyone know who makes such a beast? ALl I found is a full pc weather station. I do not want to spend hundreds. Hell, I can buy a wireless unit for viewing for $40 these days, someone must sell it for the PC or know of a hack to let the PC jack into the reciever.
