Question
PC reboots over and over just before loading windows
I blew my motherboard as some of you may know, so I took the computer I had connected to my TV and swapped hard drives. And threw in some extra memory. I also added a NIC. The power supply is 400W vice the 650 I currently had. The only thing different between computers it this one is a P4 vice AMD. I can't even load windows in Safe mode, it just reboots.
Everything seems to load properly until windows.
