Mikona DV-8 camera driver

My son got this camera (Mikona DV-8 ) for Christmas and unfortunately Santa forgot the driver.  Cant find anything on the internet.  Any ideas?  Is there a generic driver?

This is on a W98SE machine.  Tried to use windows update but nothing there either.

http://mikona.com/mikona_digital_cameras.htm Click where it tells you to send them an e-mail, and they should provide the drivers, I cant find anything other than AD-Farms leading to EBay, the packaging looks like it should come as a PNP device (windows should auto recognize it)

we followed the same path today.

web-site ... ebay ...  sent email ...

windows does recognise it when searching for new hardware but no driver is found even on microsoft's server.

It's a pretty simple camera.  Do you know if there is a generic driver that I could try?  (If not, maybe the manufacturer will respond to the email)  I'll let u know.
Window recognizes it, but does not supply generic Imaging Device Drivers?
Find these drivers on your hard drive when installing, try and point Windows there
usbscn9x.sys and usbscan.sys

OR if it is detecting a SCSI camera, then use these
scsiscan.sys and scsimap.sys

After tha, go into Windows Imaging Start>Programs>Accessories, it should be in there, if not then check Start>Programs>Accessories>Entertainment.

it is a USB connection but those drivers aren't on my hard drive.
OK, that is the problem, do you have the windows 98 CD?
What Vesion of 98 is it, is it SE, or not, here is how to check
Right Click on My Computer>Properties, the Version of windows listed there will tell me what Driver to point you to.

it worked for usbscan.sys but not usbscn9x.sys (SFC couldn't find it).  I restored them to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM (the space was empty so I guessed)
Now when windows scans for devices it recognises that the devise is a "USB digital still camera" (PROGRESS!) but it still wants a driver (*.inf) which it cannot find.
