The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? system reboots by itself

I am running a win xp pro sp1 platform
my system reboots occasionaly by itself...

board is AOpen A4XPRE intel chipset

512 DDR RAM
Celeron 1.7 CPU
if i makes any difference
----------------------------------
VGA - SAPPHIRE RADEON 9200SE ATLANTIS 128MB

I upgraded and reinstalled all drivers I could find....
one more assumption that I have is that the problem is also HDD related

can anyone suggest a solution to the problem.
