Hi adoos, do you have another PC or a friends PC you can check the new CRT on (monitor probably is okay)?
If it works, you most likely have a bad video card or cable. If it is bad on another PC, the warranty should still be good and have them replace it for free.
If it is a bad card, some are pretty cheap these days, depending on what you want. Could you tell us more about the PC you have, and what Operating System are you running. Is the current video card an AGP, PCI, or integrated on the motherboard?
If it is an AGP or PCI card you can also test it in another known working PC.
