Microdrives are Compact Flash type II devices, I believe, so get a 6-in-1 card reader that can handle Compact Flash type II cards and you will be able to read it. They connect to a pc using the USB port.

Microdrives are slightly thicker Compact Flash type II cards... these cards r thicker than regular CF Type I cards and can be read by any Memory Card reader that has a CF Type II slot.
I have a Multi-Slots USB 2.0 card reader that can read as many as 10 type of cards... u can get a simple CF card reader only for under $15.00
simply insert the card into Card reader and plug the card reader in USB port.. ur drive will be shown as removable storage and u can work on it like other starge drives.
A simple search on Shopping.yahoo.com Memory Card Reader will fetch u many suitable options.
