compaq armada m700 hard lockup

I have compaq armada m700 note book pIII with 700mhz processor and 256 rams. It runs windows XP with 30G hard disk. Before 2 months when i am running win xp the system have a sudden hard freeze in the sense that i can not use the mouse, keyboard or (ctrl +delete) and no choice except to power it off. While it was in feeze I hear the hard disk sppining and the fan blowing. when i start it again it run for 20 to 30 minutes and it freeze again. when it freeze tempreature is normal and there is no heat. The strange thing when i leave it idle for 3 day it works normally for (3 to 4 hours) without any problem and then it freeze again. If i reboot it immediately after freeze it will freeze again in shorter period. if i left it for longer period it will work relatively for longer period. Also it freeze when i am using the floppy also it freeze in the bios.To trouble shoot this problem i did the following:_

1-Scan for virus
2-replace the hard disk
3-changed the voltage regulators
4-Run ram test and the rams passed all the tests
5-run compaq diagonistic test and it pass all the tests
6-changed the rams
7-run it only with the built-in ram
8-installed tempreature monitiring utility, tempreature is normal (around 43 c)
9-Cleaned the fans, the heatsink and changed the thermal paste
10-Tried another heat sink.
11-Used compresed air
12-Update the bios
13-Changed the bios battery
14-I take out all the drives, the rams, the battery and the bios battery and left it idle for 3 days.

All the above mentioned steps did not solve the problem of the freezing, any one have a solution for this problem.
