Best P4 Motherboard that is available in England and best Online sites for purchasing computer parts ?

I have the Nvidia 5900 FX and from my previous question I asked in this TA I am now 99.9 % certain it is an AGP graphics card that I have.

So from this can someone please help me find a decent motherboard that will support the Intel 3 ghz E here :
