Very simple PROMISE FASTTRAK TX2000 CONTROLLER supports 4 drives up to 137Gb HDD each you can use larger if you desire Western Digital supplies you with a boot CD Witch will automatically wright Dyanimic Drive Overlay to the boot sector of your new drive for drives larger than 137Gb. Leave the mirror drives attached disconnect your 2 system drives attach your new HDD, (Total 3 Drives now) Boot from Western Digital CD Automatic setup will transfer your image's to the new drive. Auto drive Partition and format and read 1 Image then select Utilities and simply copy your second drive. +20.00 will get you 200Gb or more.

You should be able to use a second mirror set. then you can copy the data over. But you won't be able to simply break the mirror, put a larger drive in and expand it - the mirror drives can only be as large as the smallest drive.
