I have had a lot of luck with Skype and then the add-on program spontania video4im.
Skype gives great voice transfer and spontania works well.

Browse All TopicsHello,
I am looking for a good software product or service that will allow me to do video conferencing with a PC, broadband connections and cheapish USB cameras. I know that Netmeeting does this, and that there are several other similar products and many online services. What I am looking for is a recommendation for the most painless and reliable way of doing this for people who have very little PC experience.
