PC Rebooting by itself

I am working on a machine and having the following issues.

Recently, I have noticed that while running Call of Duty 2, my system would crash. Then, it starting happening with other programs, such as Maya and Photoshop. I tried a couple of different pc diagnostic programs, which fixed some errors, so they say, but now alot of things aren't working right. I checked the event log and there isn't any clues as to what is going on in there, and I can't find any other problems anywhere else. My specs are as follows:

amd athlon 64 3200+ w/amd certified fan and heatsink and a cold air intake thermalhood connected to an 80mm fan sucking air in from outside, 1G of dual channel pc3200 ram, 2 80g hdds, dfi nf4x infinity mobo, nvidia 7800gtx vid card with a vantec blue spectrum pci fan card blowing directly onto it, and 2 intake and 2 exhaust fans in the case.
