Epson LQ-570e Print issue.

Hello, I need help bad.

We have an epson LQ-570e printer. We us this to print lables for products we make.

We are using 3 lables per page.
The software we use is WinTotal.

Every thing seems fin, BUT the printer starts to print the first lable in the center of the midel...then moves right..... printing the information for the last lable ON the roller.

If I try to slide the paper all the way to the far right to get it to print correctly, the printer says out of paper because there is no paper near the paper sensor...

is there some way in windows XP to set a custom LEFT margen? Every thing else is fine, it is just needing to start printing on the LEFT side of the printer,... not middel of roller.
