Did you check that the serial ports on the computer are OK and active.
Yo may need to replace them.

And 2 x10 Active Home sensors.
The problem i am having is the log file in /dev/x10/log is not update
the axis device server is not listening tot he COM port
But instead if i connect the serial port to a system and listen using hyperterminal i can receive the signals
whats the problem..
can u give any alternate ways..
