Dell TPM Security Chip

All,
I have a Dell Latitude D630 with Wave Technologies Embassy Security Suite and a TPM Biometric chip. I reformated my laptop after registering a fingerprint with the software. However, after the reformat I am unable to restore the previous fingerprint (the option is grayed out in the software) and yet it continues to inform me that the fingerprint is already registered. The TPM chip is active and enabled in the BIOS but according to Embassy Suite it is not. How do I restore the existing fingerprint?
