USB flash drive deteced but unable to be opened

When I insert this USB flash drive, the computer recognizes it and "installs it" each time, but I am unable to open it, getting the message "please insert disk in drive." It is obviously not a disk drive, and the answer is beyond me. Any suggestions?Start Free Trial
