Printing problems on Xerox Workcenter 3545

Hello Experts,

We are experiencing a problem recently while printing to our Xerox copiers. A user will send a print job to the Xerox. It will print the first page or two fine, but then in the queue on the Xerox the user name will change from the user sending the job to Remote User. The Xerox will print a banner sheet that reads Remote User, even though we have banner sheets turned off, and then will print a ream or two of garbage on the Xerox. We have updated to the latest drivers. The print server is Windows 2003 SP2 with current updates. The workstations are XP pro with a combination of SP2 and SP3. We are using PS drivers, and have been unsuccessful with PCL drivers.
