Desktop power supply- is this wattage high enough?

Here is the hardware list of devices that are/will be connected to the pc in question:
- 500gb SATA Drive
- IDE HDD connected through internal ide/scsi drive bay
- xfx mobo with nvidia 630i chipset and 3gb of ddr2 ram
- nvidia 9600 gso 768mb factory overclocked card
- 4 120mm blue led case fans
- 22x IDE dvd/rw drive
- 4-channel 5.25" fan controller
- 6 usb devices, ranging from a kvm switch to wireless kb/m & 360 controller transmitters

So, what is the minimum safe wattage for the power supply?  right now there is only a 430w.  Thanks in advance.
