How do I see the documents I have printed from a particular printer in Windows XP or Windows Server 2003

Hi Experts,

Simple question, yet I offer 500 points for it. Is there any way that I can see the documents I have printed previously from a particular printer ?

For e.g. I have HP 500 and Xerox 600 and I have printed x.xls from HP in 13.35 and x.doc from Xerox in 14.10.

I do not need to recover the document. I just want to see in which time print command is sent to printer.
