Dual Graphics Adapters Problem

I just upgraded from XP to Win 7 and I'm using two graphics adaters for 4 monitors which worked fine with XP.  Now, with Windows 7 the first adapter is fine with 2 monitors working fine but the second Display adapter is not loading.  In the Device Manager the second adapter has a yellow exclamation mark and says "This device cannot start. (Code 10)". They are both PCI and the system is a Dell XPS 400.
Any thoughts?

In Win 7 with dual video cards both cards have to use the same driver. What are the makes and models of the 2 cards you have installed?

One is a Dell Card which is working (It says on the card "MS-VO25 Ver 10 PCI-E").  The other is a ATI Radeon 7500 PCI.  When I put just the ATI card in by it self, it won't display properly and does NOT see the second monitor.  Looks to me like that card is not supported by Win 7.
I put the Dell card back in by itself and it works fine.  Looks like I need a new card or do I need two cards, both in PCI slots.  The M/B only has one PCI-e slot.  As I said originally, they both worked fine with XP.
Your opinion will be appreciated.

Most likely the problem is the newer pci-e card uses a different driver than the much older 7500. If you could post the part# off that Dell card I could pull up the model information and post some cards that will be compatible.

Thanks jamietoner,  the only thing on the original Dell card was, as I posted in my previous post, "MS-VO25 Ver 10" which is in a PCI-e slot.  My question is, can I put a card in a PCI slot (No more PCI-e slots left on the board) and still be compatible, driver wise?  In "Device Manager" the Dell card shows up as "ATI Radeon X300/X550/X1050 Series".  Also, would I be better off putting in two new cards of the same and ifso can I mix a PCI with the PCE-e?
I appreciate your guidance and help on this.  I'll be waiting for your post of compatible cards.

You can get a pci card that should work just fine in 7 with the card you have installed. Here's the cheapest one I can find(ati's pci video card pickings are getting kinda slim).
