Skype Gateway

Hi.

I have a client with an establish Skype client base and needs to have a service available in her office for other staff to use the Voip line out. Currently she has a Vosky 9000 box which does not work on the new server as it is USB so we are looking for an Ethernet solution to do the same thing.
Can anybody recommend an basic LAN appliance that will connect to a PBX for a single line.
